Our mission to share the benefits of yoga through online and DVD media grew out of group and private classes.  Seeing and hearing about the profound, lasting, authentic transformations yoga made in people’s lives inspired us to share these gifts more widely.

Yoga at the Zoo captivates kids through their natural love of animals and inspires them to want to learn and practice yoga.  Parents have reported that after viewing the DVD, their children, rather than having to be bribed to do yoga, cannot stop talking about yoga and keep asking when they will be doing yoga again.  (Warning:  Your children may want a monkey.)  DVD includes:  full feature; poses only; 5, 15, 25, and 30 minute sequences; and the ability to access poses by pose and by animal.

Yoga for Kids is designed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and special needs kids in mind.  Yoga can benefit kids in many ways.  It can improve the bond between caregiver and child, create a relaxed state, aid in the development of body and breath awareness, concentration, strength, and a sense of self-acceptance.  DVD includes: 5-minute Yoga Breaks (Twists, Strength, Relax, Calm, and Balance), 10-minute Practice (Balance), and 15-minute Sessions (Total Body, Strength, and Coordination).

Restorative Yoga provides a tonic to the stresses of daily life.

Deeply supported poses, breath awareness, and meditation help to release physical tension and mental stress to create a state of deep relaxation and mental tranquility.

This two disc set features an introduction to restorative yoga (including the use of props) and five restorative sessions ranging from 90 to 15 minutes (making it easier to fit relaxation into any schedule).
